I do most all of my throwing as a ceramics teacher at Trumbull High School, Trumbull, CT. Working as a potter in the classroom has grown to be my preferred way of making. The student/teacher exchange proves, time and time again, to be good on many levels. From the student side; plenty of good ideas have come my way over the years. Students bring a fresh perspective and youthful optimism that's contagious! For me,  sharing current ideas, discoveries and techniques with the kids creates a dynamic exchange that can't be beat.
